Coach Justin Vazquez brings 18 years of coaching experience across youth and high school soccer, working with players from U8 through U19. He currently serves as the 2014 Boys Coach for FC Fresno Academy and the Varsity Boys Head Coach at Caruthers High School. His experience spans Frosh, JV, Varsity, Girls, and Boys programs, and he has been recognized as a Central Section All-Star North Coach for his leadership and impact in developing competitive, high-character athletes.

Throughout his career, Justin has guided teams to success at some of the nation’s most competitive tournaments, including the Davis Legacy College Showcase, Nike Invitational, Surf Cup, Nomads, Man City Cup, November Nights, Goat Cup, Mayor’s Cup, and Phoenix Cup. His teams have captured State Cup Championships, NorCal/NPL league titles, two Valley Championships, and a State Title. He has also helped develop players who have earned ODP selections, tournament MVP honors, and league and All-Star recognition.

A former player for Fresno Pacific University and Fresno Fuego, Justin holds U.S. Soccer Grassroots licenses (4v4, 7v7, 9v9, 11v11) and a U.S. Soccer D License, along with SafeSport, First Aid/CPR, and Concussion Awareness certifications. His coaching philosophy is centered on accountability, preparation, discipline, and mutual respect — creating an environment where players are challenged, supported, and prepared to succeed both on and off the field.
