Rodolfo Sebastián Aguirre García brings extensive international coaching experience and a strong professional background to FC Fresno Academy. A native of Mexico, Aguirre is a certified coach through the National School of Technical Directors (ENDIT) in Irapuato, where he earned his coaching credentials. His academic background also includes studies in architecture, complementing a well-rounded professional foundation.

With a coaching career spanning over two decades, Aguirre has worked across multiple levels of the game in both Mexico and the United States. In the U.S., he has served as an Assistant Coach and Goalkeeper Trainer with Central Valley Fuego FC’s USL Academy, as well as Goalkeeper Coach for both the USL One (professional) and USL Two teams. His experience also includes coaching roles with Albion Central Valley, where he achieved tournament success, and Buchanan High School. Additionally, he served as Technical Director and Academy Director for California Odyssey, leading the club to a National U5 Tournament Championship in Phoenix and participation in U.S. national-level competitions.

Prior to his time in the United States, Aguirre built an impressive résumé within the Mexican football system. He held multiple head coaching positions across Second Division Premier and Third Division clubs, including Club Jaral del Progreso, Bravos de Nuevo Laredo, San Miguel F.C. Caudillos, and Real Atlético Vallarta, consistently guiding teams to playoff appearances and competitive finishes. His experience also extends to youth development, where he coached various academy teams and contributed to long-term player development structures.

In addition to his coaching career, Aguirre has a strong background in education, having worked as a physical education teacher and soccer program coordinator at multiple institutions in Mexico. His dual experience in coaching and education reinforces his commitment to developing well-rounded student-athletes.

Aguirre holds multiple U.S. Soccer Federation coaching licenses across all age formats (4v4 through 11v11) and has completed numerous international coaching courses, including programs with Club Pachuca and other respected institutions. He is also certified in youth soccer injury recognition, emphasizing player safety and performance.
